Seem Community Guidelines & Safety Standards

Effective date: February 1, 2026 Last updated: February 1, 2026

These Seem Community Guidelines & Safety Standards (“Guidelines”) explain what is and is not allowed on Seem, and how we protect our community and users—especially children—from harm.

Seem is provided by Vivid World Inc. (d/b/a “Seem”) (“Seem,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Seem is an AI video call companion app that lets you browse a feed of AI Personas, engage in real‑time 1‑on‑1 AI video calls and text chats with those Personas, create a private AI companion (“Soulmate”) using your own photos and voice, purchase virtual currency (“Coins”) and call‑time packages, send virtual gifts during calls, and manage subscriptions.

These Guidelines apply to all use of Seem’s websites, apps, and services (the “Services”) and form part of our Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Guidelines, please do not use the Services.

For information on how we collect and use personal data, including biometric‑related data, please see our Privacy Policy.

If you have questions or want to report a violation, you can contact us at: Email: legal@getseemai.com

  • Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or extortion.

Where required by law, you must clearly label AI‑generated or synthetic content to avoid misleading others.

6.3 Biometric‑Related Content

When you create a Soulmate, you provide facial imagery and a voice sample so we can analyze facial geometry and vocal characteristics to generate and operate your Soulmate. This processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You may not attempt to:

  • Re‑identify or extract biometric templates.
  • Probe the Services to obtain hidden model parameters, prompts, or source code.

  • Follow all rules in these Guidelines (for example, no harassment, hate, or sexual exploitation).

If you feel uncomfortable during a call, you can:

  • End the call at any time using the hang‑up button.
  • Report the issue to Seem.

7.2 Recording and Transcripts

By default, Seem does not store full video of your calls. You may optionally enable recordings or transcripts for your own use, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding call recording and consent. You must not:
